Tradition meets vegan

Russian cuisine is known for its hearty and often meat-heavy dishes. Vegan versions of these classics can also be wonderfully successful, offering a delicious, plant-based alternative that's just as rich in flavor and tradition. In my courses, I'll show you how to prepare popular Russian dishes like borscht, pierogi, or pelmeni without animal products—truly true to the motto: tradition meets innovation.

About me

I would like to give you a brief overview of who I am and what I do.

I discovered my passion for culinary arts when I was about 10 years old.

When I came to Germany at the age of 13, I discovered the unusually wide variety of fruits and vegetables. From then on, there was no stopping me. I tried and mixed everything I could. Unfortunately, I've suffered from unbearable digestive problems for as long as I can remember, and I was always looking for a solution.

When I was told at the age of 30 that I was lactose intolerant, I thought I had found the solution. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Accompanied by constant discomfort, I continued to search for an adequate solution to my problem.

My third child finally gave me the impetus to think comprehensively about my diet and my lifestyle.

This was followed in 2013 by the decision to abstain from alcohol and meat. Gluten was eliminated from the diet at the beginning of 2015, and by mid-2015, animal products were completely eliminated.

Now, at 40, I've found the solution to my problem. Since then, I've been feeling really good. I've increased my body awareness, listen to my body much more sensitively, and achieve much more than before.

With my blog I would like to share my experiences, recipes and ideas with you and show that it is very easy to eat vegan and gluten-free.

I am looking forward to an exciting and, above all, healthy time together with you.

Be smart, eat well and stay fit!
